About this scale

This test uses five facet scales from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) to look at how you are with people: friendliness and gregariousness are about how easily you warm to people and how much you like company, assertiveness is about taking the lead, and trust and cooperation are about how you see others and handle conflict. Bands use the scale midpoint, not norms; every style has its strengths.
