About this quiz

A boundary is the line between you and other people: what you're willing to give and what you need to keep for yourself. This test is meant to help you see where you tend to give way. Clear boundaries aren't coldness; they let you give in relationships without being emptied out. The bands split the total roughly into quarters and are not norms.
