About this scale

The CBI treats burnout as long-term physical and psychological exhaustion. Personal burnout asks how worn out you are overall; work-related burnout asks how much of that you link to your work. The original also has a client-related subscale for people who work with patients, students or other clients; it is not included here. Scores reflect your recent state and are not a diagnosis.
