About this quiz

Looking after yourself isn't a grand theory. It's lots of small, concrete things: sleeping on time, eating properly, resting when tired, saying no when you need to, asking for help when you can't manage alone, and keeping a little joy for yourself. This quiz helps you see how much of that everyday care you're already doing, and which part to work on first. The score is just a mirror, not a judgement of you.
